$130 - 60 minute follow up

$120 - 45 minute follow up

$100 - 30 minute follow-up

$75   - 20 minute follow-up

There is a 24-hour notice for cancelling appointments. 

Failure to provide at least a 24-hour notice will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee.

No show will result in a $75.00 fee.

Private pay - We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. 

Insurance - Co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket required by insurance is billed through your Headway account using your debit/credit card, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa, FSA, HSA, or HRA.
